I wanted to let you all know how much I appreciate the body work that Rebreu did on my 2001 Ford F150 Lightning.  Your staff did an outstanding job repairing the damage on the rear of my poor truck.  I really enjoyed being able follow the day-to-day progress of the repairs by viewing photos of my truck, posted on your secure website.  When some "hidden" damage was discovered during the normal course of repairs, your staff contacted me immediately to let me know that additional repairs would be needed.

Theresa and Mike coordinated everything with my insurance carrier and even stayed in touch with my rental car company too.  Rebreu returned my truck to me all washed up, vacuumed and repaired on time as I had hoped and expected.  You guys are a class act.  I would gladly recommend Rebreu Body & Frame to anyone who desires quality workmanship, by professional technicians, who take pride in their work and in providing outstanding customer service to their clients.

Since I am one of those people that is always quick on the draw to criticize people for not doing quality work, I wanted to give equal time to people who really care about doing their best.

The recent work your shop did on my wife’s Volvo station wagon clearly demonstrated your personal commitment to a quality work product.  Although I wish it were not so, your dedication to doing a good job seems to be the exception rather than the rule in service oriented businesses these days.

I hope I am never in the position of needing bodywork again.  If, however, the need arises, you may rest assured that Rebreu will be doing the work.

I got my car fixed at Rebreu Body & Frame.  The direct-behind impact by the low front-end of the Camero damaged only the bumper-cover and the flying Camero parts had put some scratches and Camero-paint on my trunk lid.  Still was not inexpensive to fix — $815.  I paid $250, my uninsured motorist deductible.  I'd dealt with Rebreu before  (three times now; once my fault, twice someone else running into me), would do so again, and recommend them to others.
